‘Bittersweet’ might be the name of Aramide’s comeback EP, but we expect nothing but hits

There aren’t that many female pop stars with the kind of growth and longevity in the industry that Aramide has. In her decade long career, she has consistently proven there was a ready and marketable audience for alternative music. We got a stellar reminder of that when she partnered with us at Clout Africa to record a Valentine’s Day special which you can watch here.

We have cause to rejoice but she has just announced her long-awaited comeback to the music scene with her upcoming project, “Bitter Sweet“, which is set to be released on July 21, 2021. She also revealed the artwork for the EP.

This is a follow-up to her last album, “Suitcase,” which came out in 2019. The 15-tracker featured the likes of Sound Sultan, Ice Prince, Adekunle Gold, Koker and Sir Dauda.
